Rare Collection
Natural Beauty, Reimagined
The Rare collection celebrates the beauty of some of the world’s most sought-after stones, reinterpreted through Laminam’s patented porcelain technology. A standout feature of this collection is the introduction of DNA finish — a surface innovation designed to enhance depth, realism and tactile softness, creating slabs that feel as authentic as they look.
Rare is available in multiple formats, thicknesses and applications, allowing for seamless specification across residential and commercial projects:
- 1200 x 3000 x 5mm porcelain tile
Ideal for floor and wall cladding, offering visual continuity, reduced weight and exceptional durability. - 1200 x 1200 x 5mm porcelain tile
Providing designers with greater flexibility where a modular tile format is preferred, while still maintaining the refined aesthetic and performance Laminam is known for. - Selected colours, including Taj Mahal, are also available in:
1620 x 3240mm x 12mm and 20mm porcelain slabs
Perfectly suited for kitchen benchtops, islands, vanities and horizontal surfaces, delivering both strength and timeless elegance.
Looking ahead, Laminam will continue to expand the Rare collection. From April 2026, additional colours will be introduced in the larger slab sizes 1620 x 3240mm and thicknesses, 12mm and 20mm. Which will include Marfil, Mont Blanc and Pietra di Gre, offering even more flexibility for designers seeking a cohesive material palette across vertical and horizontal applications.
Ki No Bi
Lightness, Precision and Possibility
At the other end of the spectrum sits Ki No Bi, a collection defined by lightness, precision and understated beauty. Designed specifically for wall and joinery cladding, Ki No Bi opens up new creative possibilities for interiors where thickness, weight and detailing are critical.
Available in 1000 x 3000 x 2mm, Ki No Bi is currently the thinnest porcelain slab on the market. Its ultra-slim profile makes it ideal for wrapping joinery, lining walls and creating refined architectural surfaces without compromising durability or performance.
